4. Code of Conduct

Gloriafilm Society is committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.

By attending our events or engaging with our community, you agree to:

Expected Behavior:

• Treat all attendees, speakers, staff, and partners with respect
• Engage in constructive, professional, and appropriate communication
• Follow instructions from event staff and venue personnel

Unacceptable Behavior Includes:

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with the event experience
• Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or conduct
• Unauthorized recording where prohibited
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws

Enforcement:
Gloriafilm Society reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including:

• Removal from an event without refund
• Revocation of membership or access
• Restriction from future events

If you experience or witness misconduct, report it to event staff immediately.

5. Photography, Video, and Media Release

By attending Gloriafilm Society events, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photography, video, and audio recordings may be captured
• Your likeness, image, voice, and participation may appear in these materials
• Gloriafilm Society may use this content for marketing, promotional, editorial, and archival purposes across all media platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and future materials

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials and release Gloriafilm Society from claims related to the use of your likeness.

If you prefer not to be recorded, you should avoid camera areas or notify staff. We cannot guarantee complete exclusion.

5A. User-Submitted Audio Content (“After the Credits”)

Gloriafilm Society may offer community storytelling features, including voicemail, audio recording, and storytelling projects such as “After the Credits.”

By submitting a voicemail, audio recording, or related content to Gloriafilm Society, whether through phone, website form, social media, live event activation, or other submission methods, you acknowledge and agree that:

You voluntarily grant Gloriafilm Society a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, display, archive, broadcast, and promote your submission, in whole or in part, across all current and future media platforms.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• podcasts
• social media
• live events
• website features
• email campaigns
• video productions
• future archival or documentary projects

You understand that your submission may be edited for length, clarity, sound quality, formatting, or content standards while preserving the spirit of the original message.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
the submission does not knowingly violate another party’s rights
the submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or infringing material
you have the right to share the content you provide
Gloriafilm Society reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, remove, archive, edit, or decline to publish any submission for any reason.

Submission of content does not guarantee publication, promotion, or response.

If you do not wish for your voice, name, story, or likeness to be used, do not submit recordings or participate in these storytelling features.

6. Ticketing, Memberships, and Payments

All ticket sales, memberships, and donations are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Tickets are non-refundable
• Events may require separate admission
• Membership benefits may change at any time

7. Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites. Gloriafilm Society is not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:
